Drawing on principles of Forest School, Ecotherapy, Mindfulness, and Social & Therapeutic Horticulture, Air Time delivers nature-based programmes and sessions to foster a deeper connection to nature.

It's not rocket science, but it is science

The National Academy For Social Prescribing’s 2022 Evidence Briefing confirms that time spent in nature is linked to a range of positive mental and physical health outcomes including:

  • Reduced blood pressure, reduced stress levels and associated symptoms, lower levels of cardiovascular and respiratory problems, and reduced risk of diabetes, obesity, and COVID.
  • Increased wellbeing, including subjective wellbeing, reduced social isolation, increased happiness, and resilience.
