Nature connectedness and psychotherapeutic counselling to
address health inequalities
Who we are and what we do
At Air Time we believe in a world where everybody has equitable access to effective, high-quality therapeutic support for their mental health and wellbeing.
Air Time Community Interest Company is led by a diverse, passionate, multidisciplinary team with years of experience in mental health and community work. Our goal is to reduce health inequalities by empowering people with the tools to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
We partner with nature to address health inequalities through equitable, evidence-based support for mental health and wellbeing. Drawing on principles of Nature Connectedness, Forest Bathing, Ecotherapy, Six Ways to Wellbeing, Forest School and Social & Therapeutic Horticulture, our multidisciplinary and holistic approach empowers adults and teenagers with tools to improve and maintain their physical, social, and emotional health.
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, we work to overcome physical, perceptual and systemic barriers experienced by underrepresented communities when accessing green and natural spaces for health, leisure, community, education, and employment. Air Time empowers everyone to engage with, protect, and champion nature.
